BOOKING PROCESS

How can I pay?

  • You can pay via paypal and bank transfer.

The property I am interested is not available.

  • When our calendar indicates a property as unavailable, then most probably is already booked. Although sometimes customers decide to upgrade to another property, during this short period of time both properties appears booked but only one is really booked and the other one is available.
  • Please contact us and let us know which property you are interested in and we will do our best to serve you as soon as possible.

I have sent you an inquiry, now what?

  • When you submit an inquiry, we will get back to you with details of property and dates you are interested in and guide you through the process of final booking.

Why I cannot pay through your website?

  • We want to be as transparent as it gets with our customers, due to our properties being advertised on other advertising channels as well as in our website, there is a slightly possibility that will we not update the calendar on time hence we don’t want to let people pay for a property that it is not available and spoil their excitement.
  • We are working on a solution that in the future our property calendars will be synchronized and the online booking and payments will be possible through our website.

 

 

AFTER SALES

We have arrived but we have questions, issues.

  • Once you arrive, one of our people will check you in the property and provide you with all the necessary information of the property and the area.
  • Please feel free to ask away all you questions or concerns. If something comes up the following days, please contact us via telephone or email us and we will be more than happy to help you.

Can we meet you?

  • One of our people, will be there to help you once you arrive to help you out. After the check in, we prefer to give our guest’s privacy but if requested we are available to arrange a meeting.

Something is broken / not working

  • We do our best to check and have the properties ready prior to your arrival, in case something is broken or not working during your stay please contact us immediately and we will send our maintenance crew.
  • Please note that sometimes during holidays or weekends might be impossible to serve you within the day, but we promise you that we will do everything we can to resolve any issues you are facing the soonest possible.

We have arrived but we though the property was different.

  • We always provide as many photos as possible and our description of the properties to be always updated and accurate. In case that you feel that the property you have booked is not exactly what you were looking for, please let us know and we let you know of our available properties to make a switch.
  • We aim to keep you happy and spend you holidays in Cyprus as enjoyable as possible.

 

GENERAL QUESTIONS

How do I know you are a legit company.

  • We are a company based and registered in Cyprus, we are providing our high quality services since 2008.

Do you provide invoices.

  • We are a tax registered company in Cyprus, we provide all the legal payment documents. Please request an invoice during your payment.

I want to switch to another property.

  • If you require to switch to another property, please contact us and we will check our available properties of the days given.
  • If there is availability we will arrange the switch for you. If there if a payment difference we will let you know prior to the switch.

I found your property on another website.

  • We advertise our properties on reputable holiday accommodation rental websites.
  • If you believe that our websites are appearing on any shady non reputable website, please let us know. We aim to provide top quality services thought our website and only through reputable advertising channels.
