In the interest of other guests and our valued neighbors, please keep the noise down to a moderate level in the maisonette and in the corridors from 10.00pm onward.
Before leaving the maisonette, please make sure you close all the windows and switch off the lights and any other electrical appliances.
Please do not forget to lock the main door when leaving the maisonette.
Please report any kind of damage to (+357 99 838561). This is important so we can react promptly and minimize the damage where necessary.
Guests are required to show identification document upon check-in to the house.
*Electricity charged per meter reading consumption and paid by guest in cash at check-out from the house.

Security deposit

A fully refundable deposit is held during your stay for security reasons and it is returned in full according to the initial booking rules.

During your check out an inspection of the property will take place for damages, if any damages occurred during your stay, the cost of the damages will be deducted from your security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel up to 7 days before check in you will receive a 50% refund.

If you cancel within 7 days of your trip, the reservation is non-refundable.
