The space

The Palm Beach View Apartment is on the exclusive Aphrodite Plaza on the Palm Street Promenade with its famous cafes and nightlife. Located on the 5th floor, the apartment enjoys quietness and breathtaking views from every room and the large all around verandas. Designed in a contemporary style with ethnic details, consists of a spacious open plan lounge area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and utility, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with large shower. Every room has access to private verandas and private sunbathing area.

The neighorhood

Various restaurants, cafés and bars can be found within close distance of the Sea View Penthouse. The famous Finikoudes Beach is right on your doorstep!(1 minute walk) Larnaca International Airport is 4 km away, and the lively Ayia Napa Town with many clubs is within 40 km.

Getting around

Private Airport Transport to the apartment, transfers and excursions around the island can be arranged upon request. Taxi service is available 1 min walk from the apartment. The apartment is centrally located ideal for car road trips around the island.

Public transport buses run from the airport to the apartment. Nearest bus stop is 1 min walk. Open air deck Hop-on Hop-off Love Bus stop is just across the apartment offering transfer to the most important sites of Larnaca region.

  • In the interest of other guests and our valued neighbors, please keep the noise down to a moderate level in the apartment and in the corridors from 10.00pm onward.
  • Before leaving the apartment, please make sure you close all the windows and switch off the lights and any other electrical appliances.
  • Please do not forget to lock the main door when leaving the apartment.
  • Please report any kind of damage to (+357 99 838561). This is important so we can react promptly and minimize the damage where necessary.
  • Guests are required to show identification document upon check-in to the apartment.
  • *Electricity charged per meter reading consumption and paid by guest in cash at check-out from the apartment.

Security deposit

A fully refundable deposit is held during your stay for security reasons and it is returned in full according to the initial booking rules.

During your check out an inspection of the property will take place for damages, if any damages occurred during your stay, the cost of the damages will be deducted from your security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel up to 7 days before check in you will receive a 50% refund.

If you cancel within 7 days of your trip, the reservation is non-refundable.
