A light stylish design with a summery flair, it’s super size living room leads to a private veranda with views overlooking the Mediterranean sea; ruins of the old city of Amathunda to the West, St Raphael Marina to the East and the vast Mediterranean sea ahead.

Half a minute walk from the Sea this 3rd-floor breezy summer penthouse offers an unforgettable holiday experience.

The space

Spacious living room continuing onto an open dining room and ending on a private veranda, all overlooking the Mediterranean.

One sea view superior suite double bedroom, one standard sea view double bedroom and one cozy mountain view double bedroom (all bedrooms include full blackout shutters/blinds). Two double sofa beds are also available in the living room.

A large fully-equipped separate spacious kitchen will tempt you to cook on board spend time in and enjoy your home.

Two renovated bathrooms are also available - one en-suite in the superior double room (with a bath) and the other with a shower.

The neighorhood

Just outside the private building and less than half a minute walk away, PlusSea Beach Restaurant Bar is one of the most renowned beach restaurants on the island operating all day long.
A beach pedestrian path passing just outside the seaside gate is another enjoyable plus, stretching all the way from the St. Raphael Marina to the Tourist Area (10km away) with many organised beaches, water sports, 5 star hotels and beach bars/coffee shops. Amazing views and scenery is all the along the way.
Across the street is a large supermarket conveniently open daily until 11pm.
A 10 minute walk away is Uptown Square, a multi-concept restaurant venue with a great variety of cuisines, including Japanese, Chinese, Tapas and Sports Pub food.

Getting around

A convenient bus service is available all along the coastal road and the bus stop is 5 minutes walk away.
The bus line goes all along the beach front Avenue and takes you to the city centre where you can do all sorts of shopping but also see the old town and visit the other part of the coast.

Guest access

As a guest in our home, you will have access to a parking space and we will provide you with sheets, towels, shampoo & toiletries, wireless internet, cable TV and all interior amenities and equipment.
We can also provide a baby bed.

Other things to note

A private swimming pool that you have the privilege to use as long as you comply with pool regulations. The pool is shared with other tenants but is prohibited to outsiders.

  • In the interest of other guests and our valued neighbors, please keep the noise down to a moderate level in the apartment and in the corridors from 10.00pm onward.
  • Before leaving the apartment, please make sure you close all the windows and switch off the lights and any other electrical appliances.
  • Please do not forget to lock the main door when leaving the apartment.
  • Please report any kind of damage to (+357 99 838561). This is important so we can react promptly and minimize the damage where necessary.
  • Guests are required to show identification document upon check-in to the apartment.
  • *Electricity charged per meter reading consumption and paid by guest in cash at check-out from the apartment.

Security deposit

A fully refundable deposit is held during your stay for security reasons and it is returned in full according to the initial booking rules.

During your check out an inspection of the property will take place for damages, if any damages occurred during your stay, the cost of the damages will be deducted from your security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel up to 7 days before check in you will receive a 50% refund.

If you cancel within 7 days of your trip, the reservation is non-refundable.
