The neighorhood

Being a great city Limassol is also the most lively and cosmopolitan resort city within Cyprus. It has the centre of ecstatic nightlife and jole de vivre hosting many cultural events and festivals such as the Carnival, Wine Festival, Flower Festival, Ancient Greek Drama Festival, Beer Festival, Shakespearean nights and Music and Dance Festivals.

With sandy beaches and wonderful weather throughout the year, you can surely enjoy many sea side sports and adventures around Limassol.

Rich archaeologicaly in many sites and places of interests: Medieval Castle, Ancient kingdom of Amathus, Kolossi Castle, Limassol museum, Kourion theater. It is the principal seaport of Cyprus and there are cruise ships that offer cruises to Egypt and Israel, Syria and Lebanon and also Italy and Greece and many other Mediterranean destinations that will take your breath away.

Limassol is the main wine producing region of Cyprus with rich countrysides and picturesque villages.

Getting around

A car is not necessary!!

By Bus:

• There is an airport shuttle bus running from Larnaca Airport to Limassol and back, stopping on the beach road, where you can change onto Bus 30 to reach the apartment

• Bus stop is 3 minutes walk away with bus service across the entire 20km of Limassol's coast

  • In the interest of other guests and our valued neighbors, please keep the noise down to a moderate level in the apartment and in the corridors from 10.00pm onward.
  • Before leaving the apartment, please make sure you close all the windows and switch off the lights and any other electrical appliances.
  • Please do not forget to lock the main door when leaving the apartment.
  • Please report any kind of damage to (+357 99 838561). This is important so we can react promptly and minimize the damage where necessary.
  • Guests are required to show identification document upon check-in to the apartment.
  • *Electricity charged per meter reading consumption and paid by guest in cash at check-out from the apartment.

Security deposit

A fully refundable deposit is held during your stay for security reasons and it is returned in full according to the initial booking rules.

During your check out an inspection of the property will take place for damages, if any damages occurred during your stay, the cost of the damages will be deducted from your security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel up to 7 days before check in you will receive a 50% refund.

If you cancel within 7 days of your trip, the reservation is non-refundable.
